Shipping & returns
UK mainland orders are usually delivered within 3 working days. After safely packing and boxing up your items, we dispatch orders using DPD next day delivery, and for UK customers you will get updates by email or text from DPD (using the details you provide on your order).
UK mainland orders are charged at £5.50 (*), or Free if spending £75 or more.
* An additional surcharge of £7.50 required for orders from Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands (HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3) & Scottish Highlands (AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50). This surcharge will be arranged after the order is processed, we'll contact you directly.
Channel Isles (Jersey & Guernsey) we ship orders on a two day service with DPD, to apply the correct Tax and Shipping rates, please select the country as France at Checkout - this will remove UK VAT from the order and allow the correct Shipping rates (free on orders over £150).
European orders - We continue to ship to several European countries (shown below) using our courier partners DPD. From 1 January 2021, any purchases made online for delivery to addresses within the European Union will not be subject to UK VAT. This will be shown at the Checkout stage of ordering. EU Import VAT and any Duty payable on items will be communicated to you directly by DPD on arrival of the parcel into the EU. There is no EU import VAT payable on orders under £20 (22 euros).

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase, however, if you require an exchange or refund.
We are happy to accept your return or exchange within 30 days from purchase.
You can return your product in two ways; 1) by post or 2) returning the item to Redbrick Mill. However please contact us so we know it is coming.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange all items must be returned unused and intact.
Regrettably we are unable to refund items which are returned broken.
Postage charges on returns are not refundable.
Any exchanges will incur additional postage costs paid by you.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products breakages can occur (although rarely), if you receive any broken items within your parcel please send us a photograph of the product on [email protected] alongside your purchase information. We can then issue a replacement.
