The "iron frying pan" is characterised by its easy-to-pour mouth shape. It is an oval shape measuring 205 x 160 mm.

The oval body allows you to cook voluminous cutlets, shrimp, fried fish, etc. with ease, and can be stored compactly after use. Although it is small, it is deep, so the sides protect against oil splashes during cooking and prevent them from splashing. The wide mouth makes it easy to pour and the handle can be held firmly with both hands, making it easy to transfer oil.

There are two lines to indicate the amount of oil: the appropriate amount line of 500ml and the maximum amount of use line of 800 ml. Use this as a guide when adjusting according to the heating appliance or scene. This is a compact "iron frying pan" that you can use without stress.

What makes our products so special

What’s in the box?

Our products are made with love and care in Japan, but it’s with you where their story lives on. And for that to happen, we need to make sure they arrive with you in one piece! We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and traditional Japanese newspapers (you’ll often find a Japanese crossword or sudoku to solve!). You’ll also receive a short guide on how to care for and cherish your new tableware. Sustainability is important to us and we’re working hard on ways to keep items safe while being kind to the planet, too.
