Shochu is traditional Japanese distilled spirit thats usually made from barley, rice or sweet potatoes. It is Japan's oldest and most traditional alcoholic beverge. These deep azure mugs are a great way to enjoy the drink, but can also be used for tea, coffee or a drink of your choice.

Our tableware has been made with love, and sometimes needs a little extra care. While the majority of our products are microwave and dishwasher safe, sudden changes in temperature are likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage your item, and we don’t want that.

General Information

Most of Made in Japan products are sourced from small, family-run kilns in Gifu on the central island of Honshu, with the rest of our collections sourced from all over Japan. Our products make their way from Japan to our lovely warehouse in Yorkshire, where we keep them safe until it’s time for them to head to their new homes.
