Designed by Yohei Oki, the POINT Clock transforms the familiar clock face through a playful use of dots, lines and colour, bringing a distinctive graphic character to everyday timekeeping.

The dial highlights 12, 3, 6 and 9 with four prominent points, while smaller dots and radiating markers create a rhythmic pattern across the face. Design: Yohei Oki 大木 陽平

Born in Tokyo in 1984, Yohei Oki graduated from the Space Design Department at Asagaya College of Art and Design. After gaining experience at the renowned design studio nendo and working independently as a designer, he founded side in 2019.

His work spans a wide range of disciplines, from graphic and product design to spatial and three-dimensional design, with a focus on creating thoughtful and engaging everyday objects. Working across categories, he brings a distinctive approach that balances functionality, simplicity, and visual appeal.

His designs have received international recognition, including the Design Plus Award and the Red Dot Design Award in Germany.
