The Organic Multi Cloth is a multipurpose cloth that is dyed entirely with plant and rock-based dyes. It is woven in Japan using traditional Japanese weaving techniques. The fabric is soft, but gets even softer with use. The cloth can be used as a cleaning cloth, a washcloth, a baby towel, and more. If you put the cloth in the dryer, a waffle-like texture will form.

  • Multi layer weave that increases water absorbency and durability
  • Become extremely soft after washing/removal of coating
  • Great breathability, thus much quicker to dry

Founded in the 1930s, Nawrap originally manufactured mosquito nets in the Nara prefecture of Japan. Since then, they have moved into the cloth and textile industry, where they have maintained a long history of quality and attention to detail. Nawrap towels feature a traditional weaving technique unique to Japan. The weave construction is incredibly unique, and the fabric is very absorbent and quick to dry.

What makes our products so special

What’s in the box?

Our products are made with love and care in Japan, but it’s with you where their story lives on. And for that to happen, we need to make sure they arrive with you in one piece! We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and traditional Japanese newspapers (you’ll often find a Japanese crossword or sudoku to solve!). You’ll also receive a short guide on how to care for and cherish your new tableware. Sustainability is important to us and we’re working hard on ways to keep items safe while being kind to the planet, too.
