With its compact size and distinctive thick-edged form, this 12cm Japanese ceramic bowl brings a rustic, substantial character to the table. Ideal for dips, sauces, condiments, pickles and small side dishes, it is a versatile piece for everyday dining and entertaining.

Finished in a Nin Rin glaze, it blends soft beige tones with a warm taupe-brown edge. Subtle rings and fine speckling create an organic, earthy feel, complemented by a smooth matte finish.

Our tableware has been made with love, and sometimes needs a little extra care. While the majority of our products are microwave and dishwasher safe, sudden changes in temperature are likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage your item, and we don’t want that.

General Information

Most of Made in Japan products are sourced from small, family-run kilns in Gifu on the central island of Honshu, with the rest of our collections sourced from all over Japan. Our products make their way from Japan to our lovely warehouse in Yorkshire, where we keep them safe until it’s time for them to head to their new homes.
