MiW's gentle story of the mysterious world has been dyed into a large furoshiki using Yuzen dyeing.

Furoshiki, a square piece of cloth, is a tool of life that has blended into the times and people's lives throughout its long history and has continued to be used conveniently.
It is something that we would like to continue to use as a sustainable "fabric of life" in the future.

Furoshiki is made of 100% cotton Backing Cloth, which is slightly thin and has a soft texture with a woven texture. Not only can you wrap it, but you can use it in various styles as a "fabric for daily life". It is also perfect as a present for a loved one.

The store name and logo are based on the motif of a many-legged wolf that often appears in moritaMiW products.

What’s in the box?

Our products are made with love and care in Japan, but it’s with you where their story lives on. And for that to happen, we need to make sure they arrive with you in one piece! We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and traditional Japanese newspapers (you’ll often find a Japanese crossword or sudoku to solve!). You’ll also receive a short guide on how to care for and cherish your new tableware. Sustainability is important to us and we’re working hard on ways to keep items safe while being kind to the planet, too.
