Crafted from high-quality rubber, CookinCut is a professional-grade cutting board that offers a unique balance of softness and durability. Its elastic surface cushions every cut, protecting knife edges from chips and excessive wear while reducing strain on the hands. Unlike plastic boards, it resists slipping, and unlike wood, it won’t harbour deep scratches that trap bacteria.

Hygienic by design, it dries quickly and resists mould, bacteria, stains, and odours. Food can be placed on the surface immediately after wiping, making it safe and practical for everyday use. For long-term care, the surface can be lightly sanded or bleached to restore it to a like-new state.

  • Size: 500 x 250 x 20mm
  • Material: High quality synthetic rubber
  • Anti-Bacterial & Mould-Resistant, Excellent durability

Highly durable and three times stronger than wood, it maintains its integrity through years of use. With heat resistance up to 130°C, hot pans or bread trays can be placed directly onto the board without worry.

Scratch-resistant, easy to maintain, and long lasting, it combines the best qualities of wooden and plastic cutting boards into one professional-grade essential.

What makes our products so special

What’s in the box?

Our products are made with love and care in Japan, but it’s with you where their story lives on. And for that to happen, we need to make sure they arrive with you in one piece! We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and traditional Japanese newspapers (you’ll often find a Japanese crossword or sudoku to solve!). You’ll also receive a short guide on how to care for and cherish your new tableware. Sustainability is important to us and we’re working hard on ways to keep items safe while being kind to the planet, too.
