Made by skilled artisans and designed for everyday use, the Chitose Series brings together lasting quality, understated elegance, and practical comfort for modern kitchens.
Care Instructions
- Wash gently with warm water and dry thoroughly after each use
- Avoid prolonged soaking, as iron may rust if left wet
- After washing, heat lightly to remove remaining moisture before storing
- A light coating of cooking oil after use will help maintain the surface over time
- Do not use in a dishwasher
- Use cooking oil suitable for deep frying and avoid overheating oil
Please Note
The iron surface is finished with a silicone resin coating to help protect the cookware during storage and transport. With continued use, the surface will naturally season through cooking oils and develop improved cooking performance over time.
Slight colour changes and surface marks are part of the natural ageing process of iron cookware and are embraced as part of its character.
