Crafted in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata - Japan’s most renowned region for metalworking and houseware craftsmanship - this practical dish drainer reflects generations of traditional Japanese metalworking.

Designed to fit a variety of kitchen layouts, the expandable structure adjusts smoothly to different sink sizes and can be used either inside or over the sink, helping maximise workspace while supporting efficient everyday washing and drying.

The open drainage design allows water to flow directly into the sink without the need for a separate drip tray, helping keep kitchen spaces cleaner and easier to maintain.

To improve everyday organisation, the set also includes a flat cutlery pocket for smaller utensils and a practical stand for storing pot lids or chopping boards upright while drying.

Made from durable 18-8 stainless steel, the rack offers excellent resistance to rust while remaining sturdy and reliable for long-term everyday use.

What’s in the box?

Our products are made with love and care in Japan, but it’s with you where their story lives on. And for that to happen, we need to make sure they arrive with you in one piece! We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and traditional Japanese newspapers (you’ll often find a Japanese crossword or sudoku to solve!). You’ll also receive a short guide on how to care for and cherish your new tableware. Sustainability is important to us and we’re working hard on ways to keep items safe while being kind to the planet, too.
