Crafted in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata - Japan’s most renowned region for metalworking and houseware craftsmanship - this versatile cookware set reflects generations of traditional tool making shaped since the Muromachi period.

Designed for practical everyday cooking, the set combines two stainless steel saucepans with a detachable handle system and a practical steaming rack, offering flexible functionality for cooking, steaming, serving, and storage.

The handle-free form allows the pans to move naturally from hob to table, while helping create a cleaner and more organised kitchen space through compact, stackable storage. The included steaming rack expands the set’s versatility for vegetables, dumplings, seafood, and healthy everyday steaming, while the inner basket is especially practical for boiling and draining pasta, noodles, and vegetables with ease.

The four saucepan sizes support a wide range of everyday cooking tasks - from sauces, soups, and reheating to simmering, curries, noodles, hot pots, and family meals. The shared lid and detachable handles further help reduce kitchen clutter while supporting convenient everyday use.

Made from durable stainless steel with a clean and timeless design, each piece is comfortable to use, easy to maintain, and suited to long-term everyday cooking.

What makes our products so special

What’s in the box?

Our products are made with love and care in Japan, but it’s with you where their story lives on. And for that to happen, we need to make sure they arrive with you in one piece! We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and traditional Japanese newspapers (you’ll often find a Japanese crossword or sudoku to solve!). You’ll also receive a short guide on how to care for and cherish your new tableware. Sustainability is important to us and we’re working hard on ways to keep items safe while being kind to the planet, too.
