Hinoki Cutting Board with Tray Small
Hinoki Cutting Board with Tray Small
Category: Kitchenware
Sub Category: Just Landed
Crafted from Japanese Hinoki cypress wood, this premium cutting board pairs a silky-smooth work surface with a clever built-in tray that keeps prep tidy. Hinoki’s light weight, natural antibacterial oils, and knife-kind grain make every slice effortless—while a traditional red urushi lacquer accent along the base edge adds water-resistance and a striking touch of Japanese craftsmanship.
Use the removable tray to sweep trimmings straight to the bin or transfer diced ingredients directly to the pan; cleanup and mise-en-place have never been simpler.
A sustainable, design-forward essential for cooks who value precision, cleanliness, and timeless Japanese aesthetics.

What’s in the box?
Our products are made with love and care in Japan, but it’s with you where their story lives on. And for that to happen, we need to make sure they arrive with you in one piece! We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and traditional Japanese newspapers (you’ll often find a Japanese crossword or sudoku to solve!). You’ll also receive a short guide on how to care for and cherish your new tableware. Sustainability is important to us and we’re working hard on ways to keep items safe while being kind to the planet, too.
