Kawara clay has been an essential material in Japanese craftsmanship for over 1,400 years, traditionally used to create kawara tiles—the iconic roof tiles seen on temples, shrines, and historic buildings across Japan. These tiles were first introduced from China during the Asuka period (6th–8th century) and quickly became a symbol of Japanese architectural artistry.

Renowned for its durability and earthy texture, kawara clay is naturally weather-resistant, making it ideal for protecting structures while adding elegance through its rich, muted tones. Light the tip and extinguish the flame to emit a fragrance.
Be sure to use an incense holder that is the right size for your incense.

・Please be careful that there are no flammable objects nearby.

・If a large amount is used in a small space, be sure to ventilate it.

- Storing in a humid environment may cause deformation or mold growth.

・Please store out of reach of small children.

-The temperature of the combustion part will be approximately 600 degrees. Please be careful not to get burned.

・The scent is mixed so that even just one bottle is enough to spread the scent, so please use it according to the size of your room.
