Wisteria flowers speak of the beauty and transience of Japanese culture.

Wisteria flowers are one of Japan's ancient flowers, and are also sung about in the Man'yoshu. The sight of wisteria flowers blooming in full force on a trellis, covering the sky, swaying in the wind and eventually scattering, speaks of the beauty and transience of Japanese culture, and warms the heart with a mysterious sense of nostalgia.

Inspired by the image of wisteria flowers and respecting the worldview of "Japan," this fragrance has a powdery, subtle sweetness. This is the most Japanese fragrance in the THINGS series. Perfect

for when you want to feel nostalgic and ease loneliness.

Ikko Ichie collects rare natural fragrant woods and essential oils that are difficult to obtain in modern times, and continues to search for ways to express the scent itself created by nature in incense. They hope that 'encountering the real thing' will someday bring joy to someone.

By taking advantage of the goodness of natural materials, we create a gentle scent that you will never get tired of, even if you use it every day. Ikko Ichie's incense contains complex nuances deep within its gentleness, and shows different expressions depending on the day.

What makes our products so special

What’s in the box?

Our products are made with love and care in Japan, but it’s with you where their story lives on. And for that to happen, we need to make sure they arrive with you in one piece! We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and traditional Japanese newspapers (you’ll often find a Japanese crossword or sudoku to solve!). You’ll also receive a short guide on how to care for and cherish your new tableware. Sustainability is important to us and we’re working hard on ways to keep items safe while being kind to the planet, too.
