The pebble-like form and Sakura-inspired pink glaze bring a gentle, eye-catching charm to your table setting. Designed to hold chopsticks neatly in place, it keeps tips clean while protecting your table or cloth from stains.

For a more inspiring table setting, pair this Sakura-inspired chopstick rest with pastel-toned tableware and floral accents to create a serene, spring-like atmosphere. Its soft pink glaze complements neutral or earthy tones beautifully, bringing balance and warmth to your tables cape.

Mix and match with ceramic chopsticks from our collection for a personalised touch. When not in use, it can also serve as a decorative accent, perfect for holding napkins, small accessories, or even handwritten guest notes.

Made of 'Minoyaki' porcelain, fired at a high temperature and hand finished in Gifu prefecture, Japan

Most of Made in Japan products are sourced from small, family-run kilns in Gifu on the central island of Honshu, with the rest of our collections sourced from all over Japan. Our products make their way from Japan to our lovely warehouse in Yorkshire, where we keep them safe until it’s time for them to head to their new homes.

What makes our products so special

What’s in the box?

Our products are made with love and care in Japan, but it’s with you where their story lives on. And for that to happen, we need to make sure they arrive with you in one piece! We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and traditional Japanese newspapers (you’ll often find a Japanese crossword or sudoku to solve!). You’ll also receive a short guide on how to care for and cherish your new tableware. Sustainability is important to us and we’re working hard on ways to keep items safe while being kind to the planet, too.
