Sara Book is a versatile notebook designed for writing, drawing, and collecting ideas freely. Capture meaningful notes, sketch travel memories, or gather favourite images, tickets, and packaging to create a book filled with the things you love.

With completely blank pages, there are no fixed rules. Use it for work notes, travel journals, recipes, or scrapbooking - each notebook becomes a unique reflection of your own style.

The simple elastic-band binding allows the notebook to open flat and makes it easy to rearrange pages or customise the layout. Additional pages can be added by using refill paper and custom parts (sold separately), allowing the notebook to grow and evolve with your ideas.

Made with substantial, high-quality paper that resists bending and minimises ink bleed-through, Sara Book is designed to protect and preserve the ideas, sketches, and memories that matter most.

What’s in the box?

Our products are made with love and care in Japan, but it’s with you where their story lives on. And for that to happen, we need to make sure they arrive with you in one piece! We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and traditional Japanese newspapers (you’ll often find a Japanese crossword or sudoku to solve!). You’ll also receive a short guide on how to care for and cherish your new tableware. Sustainability is important to us and we’re working hard on ways to keep items safe while being kind to the planet, too.
