The NATURAL series aims to deliver the scent of sandalwood itself.
By blending natural sandalwood oil with Indian sandalwood, which is characterised by its soft sweetness, we have created a scent with the natural, spaciousness and depth of sandalwood. Sandalwood
oil components are produced quietly over a long period of time in the heartwood of the tree, and its sweet, refreshing scent is said to ward off evil spirits, and it has been used as an ingredient in incense since ancient times.

When you want to relax or concentrate, this scent is gentle, comforting and comforting. Great for meditation or yoga.

Ikko Ichie collects rare natural fragrant woods and essential oils that are difficult to obtain in modern times, and continues to search for ways to express the scent itself created by nature in incense. They hope that 'encountering the real thing' will someday bring joy to someone.

By taking advantage of the goodness of natural materials, we create a gentle scent that you will never get tired of, even if you use it every day. Ikko Ichie's incense contains complex nuances deep within its gentleness, and shows different expressions depending on the day.

What’s in the box?

Our products are made with love and care in Japan, but it’s with you where their story lives on. And for that to happen, we need to make sure they arrive with you in one piece! We carefully wrap each item in bubble wrap and traditional Japanese newspapers (you’ll often find a Japanese crossword or sudoku to solve!). You’ll also receive a short guide on how to care for and cherish your new tableware. Sustainability is important to us and we’re working hard on ways to keep items safe while being kind to the planet, too.
