Snow Beech Kitchen Tools:

Code: Asakura-01101

Crafted by Asakura Kagu in Niigata, Japan, the Hagoromo Turner is designed to bring lightness and flexibility to everyday cooking. Named Hagoromo (羽衣), meaning “feather robe”, it feels remarkably light and graceful in the hand.

Made using straight-grain wood traditionally valued in Japanese interiors for its stability and resistance to warping, the turner combines a Snow Beech handle with an Echigo Cedar blade.

At just 30g in weight and approximately 3mm thick, it offers exceptional manoeuvrability when stirring, turning, and mixing ingredients.

Ideal for stir-fries, omelettes, and everyday cooking, the thin blade slides easily beneath food, while the wooden construction is gentle on cookware and suitable for use with non-stick surfaces.

  • Size: Approx. L30 x D50 x H1.3 cm

  • Blade Material: Echigo Cedar
  • Finish: Urethane Coating
