Care Instructions

Care & Usage Instructions

  • As each pair is crafted from natural wood, variations in grain and colour are part of its unique character.
  • Hand wash only. Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use.
  • Do not place near open flames or sources of direct heat.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures, or excessive humidity.
  • Dry thoroughly after washing before storing to help prevent mould and warping.
  • Do not leave the tongs wet for extended periods. Wipe dry promptly after cleaning.
  • Avoid excessive force, strong impacts, or overextending the tongs, as this may cause damage.
  • After washing, store the tongs in their natural open position. Avoid storing them with the tips tightly closed, as this may reduce the natural spring tension of the wood over time.
