Made in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata - one of Japan’s most respected regions for metalworking craftsmanship. This Iron Frying Pan combines traditional iron cookware with a simple, timeless design suited to modern kitchens.

Over time, the iron surface naturally seasons with cooking oils, improving its non-stick qualities and creating a pan that becomes more familiar and reliable with every meal. With proper care, it can be enjoyed for many years as a trusted kitchen essential.

Ideal for eggs, breakfast dishes, sautéed vegetables, and smaller everyday meals, the compact design offers responsive heat performance with a lighter, easy-to-handle feel suited to everyday use.

Care Instructions

Please read the Care Instruction before first use. The English care instructions can be found on pages 3–4 of the PDF.

For first-time use, it’s important to season the pan properly. Start by washing the pan with soapy water. Then, heat it over medium heat until all the water evaporates. Turn off the heat, add about an inch of oil, and heat over low for three minutes. Discard the oil, let the pan cool, and wipe the surface with kitchen paper.

After each use, wash the pan while it's still warm with water and a soft sponge (avoid dish soap). Dry it thoroughly, then apply a thin layer of oil using kitchen paper.

Before using this item with an IH or Electric hobs, please take a moment to read the instruction manual inside the box.
